P 3: Sustaining Trust and Team
The third course in the PREVENT sub-program.
The Conflict Resolution Skills for Leaders program is comprised of three sub-programs:

Trust is the foundation of effective teams. This course will explore the structure of this foundation and provide you with a practical guide for building and sustaining trust.

- Understand the three primary aspects of trust
- Gain insight on your own and your team members' patterns in developing trust
- Learn how to take action to effectively make trust deposits
- Increase your capacity to deliver positive feedback
What is Included
Each training module in this course consists of an engaging video presentation that overviews a key concept or skill. Each video has an accompanying PDF resource page for reflection. All PDFs can be downloaded and printed.
The course is capped off with a "Call to Action" video that challenges you to immediately apply and practice these new concepts and skills.
